Post Hibiki Takane (Last Remnant Style)
Well, since I've always thought Hibiki was pretty cool and Last Remnant was an amazing RPG game I decided to try and mix them up.
I'm just adding the Last Remnant moves for now, but I'm going to add the Critical Offense (It's going to be different) where if you get 3 regular hits in it'll create a chain and that slow down crap begins and if you hit the right button you use a regular special. If that hits then the slow down crap begins again and if you hit the right button then you chain into another move which is going to be another regular special, but stronger than the last. Again then the Critical Offense happens again for a third and final special which is going to be a chain special. You can only use this special if you can finish the previous chains. So far the only chain specials I have are Cerulean Rain and Holy Win.

By the way. I'm using particle illusion for the effects. Unfortunately, I don't know what all of the attacks from Last Remnant look like so this is going to take a long time. Plus I'm not sure how I'm going to do the Critical Offense coding yet.
Also, the messed up animations (Not sure why they were messed up) were fixed.

if its last remnant style will she sometimes not listen to my inputs or not do a certain move because she feels like it?

Now this'll be something for me to look at. I love new gameplay mechanics & would love to see how this'll go.

She will randomly use a regular special when in Critical Offense, but for the chain special I'll try to think of a way so that you can specifically choose which chain special to use.

And yes, the 360/PS3/PC RPG, Last Remnant.

Anyways, here's a rundown of the moves that she will obviously or might have.

Knee Splitter (Reg. Special) - Done
Cutting Lunge (Reg. Special) - Done
Double Slash (Reg. Special) - Done
Blue Streak (Reg. Special) - Done
Cerulean Rain (Chain Special) - Done
Snowblind (Chain Special) - WIP
Thunderclap (Reg. Special) - Done
Holy Win (Chain Special) - Done

That's about it for now.

Edit:
Some moves may seem useless, but they're not. Some are required to start normal combos. Some are even required to prevent the opponent from blocking. Some are also just slow, but heavy damaging attacks like Thunderclap. She's very fast though so comboing might be hard.

Royal Double Post.

I figured out how to get the Critical Offense working. If I can just figure out how to prevent my Critical Offense explods/helpers from being slowed down by my slow motion, find 3 more regular specials, 4 more chain specials, and the right sounds for everything then I'll be finished.

Royal Triple Post.

I ran into a lot of problems for the coding of the Critical Offense and I can't use the slowmotion. I don't know what I'm going to do so I'm going to leave her alone for a while also since I haven't added all of her attacks nor do I even know what I'm going to add.
I did however get some new hitsparks and I'll probably just finish those first and the other effects.

As soon as I finish all of her regular techniques I'll put a beta up. Just need 2 more.

Btw, I'm never doing this again. An un-accurate version of something. It just doesn't feel right.

Just a reminder that Hibiki won't be done for a while. I still don't know what to replace her Critical Offense with and I still need 2 regular specials along with 4 more chain specials.

And yes, the word was inaccurate. Thanks. I couldn't remember how to spell it.

Obviously. I've just been playing the Last Remnant for a while so I haven't gotten to it yet. Shit I just remembered I still need to do something about not having a Critical Offense. :Saddness:

I haven't posted in a while. Anyways, I haven't finished her because she's on my other computer and my brother prefers his superior computer to be hooked up. So she won't even be touched for a couple more months. I might even forget about her like I did Goku...(who is also on the other computer (I think))
